Ship the bit

If the joke and the feature disagree, the joke wins the sprint. Players can smell earnestness from a mile away.

WIP is a status, not a confession

Label unfinished work loudly. Hide nothing behind “coming soon” fog. Scar tissue converts better than polish theater.
